Services & scope
A service is a defined piece of engineering work, such as a retrieval assistant, a release pipeline or a security test, sold with its scope, deliverables, timeline and fee on its own page. You buy it once. There is no retainer or minimum term unless the service page says so.
Each service page lists the deliverables, the timeline, who it suits and what we need from you. If something is not listed, treat it as not included and ask us before you buy.
Describe your situation before checkout. We will confirm whether it fits the published scope, suggest a better match, or explain what extra work would be involved.
Each extra unit repeats the same scope, for example a second environment or another batch of work. It does not stretch a single service beyond what its page describes.
The Rapid Expert Advisory practice offers small services from ₹100 in which a senior engineer reviews one question and replies in writing. You can also send a brief and we will point you in the right direction.
Pricing & payment
Yes. Every price on the site includes 18% GST. The amount on the service page and at checkout is the amount you pay.
Checkout opens a secure UPI payment page from our payment gateway, so you can pay from the UPI app you already use. We never see or store your UPI PIN or banking credentials.
A fixed fee for a defined scope lets you compare options and get internal approval without waiting for a proposal. The same service costs the same for every customer.
Confirmations from the gateway can take a little while. If the status does not change, contact us with the order number and the UPI transaction reference and we will reconcile it with the gateway.
Accounts & checkout
No. You can check out as a guest with your contact and billing details. An account keeps every order in one dashboard and lets you send project briefs from there.
Yes. Add each service to your selection and check out once. Every service is still planned and delivered against its own scope.
Use the password reset page. We email a link to the address on your account so you can choose a new password.
Briefs, tracking & delivery
You receive an order confirmation, and the order appears in your dashboard if you have an account. From the order page you can send a project brief with your goals, constraints and access details so the work can be planned.
Sign in, open the order in your dashboard and complete the brief. It is stored against that order so everyone working on it shares the same context.
Signed-in customers see progress in the dashboard. Anyone can use the order tracking page with the order number and the email used at checkout.
Remotely. Nothing is shipped physically. Work lands in repositories, cloud accounts and tools you control, with the handover material listed on the service page. The delivery & handover policy has the full terms.
Every service page states its timeline. The delivery policy explains when that clock starts and what can pause it, such as waiting for access or information.
Cancellations & refunds
Yes. The refund depends on how far the work has progressed when you cancel. The refunds & cancellation policy explains each stage.
Contact us with the order number and your reason. The refund policy describes how requests are assessed and how long each step takes.
Back to the original payment method. How quickly it appears also depends on your bank or UPI provider.
Security, data & support
Ownership of deliverables is set out in our Terms of Service. Wherever possible, repositories, cloud accounts and licences are created under your own organisation.
We ask only for the access a service needs, and we recommend granting it through your own accounts and single sign-on so you can review and revoke it at any time.
We use your details to process orders, deliver services and answer enquiries. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and how to exercise your rights.
Contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly. If you are still not satisfied, the grievance redressal page lists the Grievance Officer and the process.
